Technical Operation Support – Building Services – London Liverpool Street - £40,000 - £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a Technical Operation Support to work for a Building Services company based in London Liverpool Street. The role will be site based with working from home being an exception.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the operations and administrative management/supporting teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected with the Facilities process’
  • Review, obtain and compile quotes for all works requiring small works/remedials/further actions to complete the task within 24 hrs.
  • Proactively manage the reactive and planned facilities and maintenance tasks assigned, storage, delivery, meetings/events, and porterage for the site, within your remit and in line with SLAs
  • Ensure all permits and Inductions have been issued, are accurate, completed and signed off in advance or any works being carried out
  • Manage and maintain sufficient site stock/consumables for maintenance/engineering spares, stationary, identifying and address any shortfalls or requirements. Implementing a process and maintaining consumables always tracking.
  • Investigate and provide solution for Facilities/maintenance whilst maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary and SLA requirements
  • Implement regular and timely reviews of all open Planon tasks to ensure, quality of data input, follow up, closures and SLAs are met within the agreed SLA time frame.
  • Ensure executive and iAuditor reports are completed and issued daily, ensuring the timeliness and quality of reports are maintained.
  • Collate all elements required for the monthly report through the above systems
  • Provide hands on support to the operations team, assign and delegate tasks to the various teams, driving forward towards practical and effective solutions where required.

Health and Safety

  • Manage and maintain tools, equipment, PPE to a safe and good working order of condition for you and your team
  • Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures for both company and client, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff, contractors and visitors
  • If required, to co-operate fully and promptly with any accident investigation carried out by the Company
  • Report immediately and record (in the appropriate forms) any accidents, near misses, unsafe acts; informing line management

Requirements

  • Hold an Engineering qualification
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Competent and experienced in working with CAFM IT systems
  • Experience in maintenance/logistics management
  • Experience of managing a team within a large building or estate
  • Experience of working within a Client facing environment
