Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Plumber - FM Service Provider – London M25 - Up to £32,000
An exciting opportunity to work for a privately owned FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance / Plant Room Engineer / Plumber to work on a mobile basis across London/M25. He or she will carry out planned & reactive maintenance across a number of commercial plant rooms. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric maintenance such as Emergency light tests, Fire alarm tests, Water treatment, HVAC plant, Fault finding, Small installations and HVAC to name a few. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £32,000 based on qualifications and experience, overtime, company van and the chance to work for this privately owned company.
An understanding of the below M&E plant is essential;
- Water Boosters
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings, Valves
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Knowledge of water treatment
- Boilers - First line response
- Heating systems
- Plumbing
- Monitor the BMS systems
- Basic electrical (Emergency lighting tests)
Hours of workMonday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
Requirements- Mechanical or Plumbing qualifications - NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 &3
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Experienced in plant room maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Full UK Driving License
- Able to participate in the "Call out"
- Flexible and willing to travel where required (Essential)
- Full Drivers Licence
