Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Oxford - Up to £51,500
Exciting role to join a Leading National maintenance Service provider that is looking to expand its operation and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigeration engineer to supply this service on a government contract in covering only the Oxford area.
You will be joining their current Mobile maintenance team and a large government contract carrying out Service and Breakdowns on Air conditioning, HVAC and refrigeration plant.
You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning maintenance as well as general building services across the Oxford area.
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday 08:00 am -17:00 pm.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum) - Maximum salary of £36,000
- NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Highly Desirable) - Maximum salary of £51,500
- Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
- On-Call Rota.
- Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
- Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
- Full Drivers License
- Basic Salary of up to £51,500
