CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a government contract located in Temple. The successful candidate will support the on-site maintenance team, carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance while developing their skills and technical knowledge within a commercial environment.

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 5pm
- Plenty of overtime available
- (Training and support provided where required)
- Basic lighting tasks (small installations, lamping, simple fault-finding)
- Assisting with emergency lighting tests
- Supporting senior engineers with control panel work
- Changing ballasts
- Monitoring BMS systems (hot & cold checks)
- Maintaining and updating site logbooks
- Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
- Assisting with pumps and motors
- £43,000 annual salary
