A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established building services company. My client is looking for a Site Manager with a strong technical background to be based across a complex of commercial sites situated a short walk from Green Park Tube Station.

The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and hold previous supervisory / Site manager experience. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this very modern site.

Working with the client on site, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following supervisory and hands on tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Report directly into the Account Manager
  • Assist the Account Manager in with the "day to day" running of the contract
  • Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts
  • Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Account Manager
  • Arrange specialist sub-contractors
  • Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Account Manager)
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
  • Attend client meetings if required
  • Carry out hands on M&E / Fabric maintenance (Hands on / Supervisory)
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting & Fire alarm tests
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
Hours of Work & Salary
  • Up to £44,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
  • 08:00am to 17:00pm
  • 25 Days Holiday

Requirements
  • Electrically qualified
  • HV Qualified – Desired
  • C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 - Essential
  • C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
  • You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
