Office Administrator -  Building Services Company - Scotland, Uddingston - Up to £25,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an experienced Administrator to work for an established Building Services Company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in office administration Your duties will include all aspects of contract support / day to day administration tasks, working closely with the office team, chasing documentation/Invoices and answering calls and emails. You will also be responsible for booking out jobs for the engineers.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday – 09:00am to 17:00pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • General administration
  • Booking jobs for engineers - BID change is the system
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Issuing purchase order numbers
  • Liaise with engineer to access full scope of work necessary and produce reports/quotations
  • Source and Order parts/materials from suppliers where necessary
  • Monitor contractor performance against SLA's
  • Assisting the Contract Manager with administration, filing, copying, printing, scanning, collating and laminating of documents

Requirements

  • Previous office administration experience is essential
  • Excellent and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Time Management
  • The capacity to think ahead, plan and prioritise own workload
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy
  • The ability to work as part of a team
