A brilliant opportunity to work inhouse for an established company has arisen. My client is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to be based at a large estate based in Bromley.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Facilities Management role with experience of managing day to day operation of sites and supervising tasks/work to ensure they are delivered to a high standard.
You will deliver the day to day operation and supervise all estate activities and tasks across
the site, ensuring information, systems, and records are maintained current and
services are delivered to a consistent standard.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
·         You will organise, coordinate, lead and deliver tasks, duties and activities timely, (including
·         those by 3rd party providers) to meet our SLA and statutory compliance.
·         coordinate and ensure all internal rooms moves and room set up for events; exams; induction; open events; enrolment or other such needs are undertaken timely.
·         responsible to ensure all inspections, tests, servicing, surveys and assessments are completed to ensure statutory requirements and key actions/recommendations provided are actioned and will support the Operations Manager with tendering procedures.
·         Manage junior staff members including Estate Officers and Assistant Estate Officers.
·         Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures relating to tendering and quotation levels. Experience of delivering excellent service standards and have good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports and tender documentations
·         To ensure that sites are maintained in a good, presentable, safe and operational standards at all times
·         Ensure frequent regular tests are completed for fire, emergency lighting and water temperature the majority of activities are planned over reactive building services operate as intended the building fabric operates as intended all planned preventive maintenance is completed on a planned cycle
·         To represent the estates function and provide an outstanding customer focus and service
·         Support and mentor staff, ensuring they receive adequate training and direction, complete only task/duties for which they
Salary & Benefits
·         £31,000 per annum
·         Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
