Maintenance Supervisor - FM Service Provider – St Paul’s, London- Up to £45,000 per annum
A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established building services company. My client is looking for a Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to be based at a commercial office building in St Paul’s, Central London.
The Ideal candidate will be multi-skilled and from a strong technical background with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the building’s landlord areas, an engineering team and enjoy the hands-on element to the role.

Working with the client on site, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following supervisory tasks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Report directly into the Contract Manager
Assist the Contract Manager in with the "day to day" running of the contract
Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts
Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Contract Manager
Arrange specialist sub-contractors
Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Contract Manager)
Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
Attend client meetings if required
Manage Engineering Team
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting & Fire alarm tests
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
Hours of Work & Salary

Up to £45,000 per annum
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
08:00am to 17:00pm
23 Days Holiday
Electrically qualified
C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 - Essential
C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
HV Qualified (Desired)
L8 Trained
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
Attend client meetings if required
Offer technical support to the Contract Manager, client and onsite maintenance team
