A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established building services company. CBW is looking for a Hands-on Supervisor to be based a short walk from Chancery Lane Tube Station.
The successful candidate will ideally be from a strong mechanical background with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The role is 50 / 50 hands on split and the ideal candidate will hold previous Lead or Supervisory experience. In return the company is offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this modern site.

Working with the client on site, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following supervisory and hands on tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Report directly into the Contract Manager
  • Assist the Account Manager in with the "day to day" running of the contract
  • Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts
  • Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Account Manager
  • Arrange specialist sub-contractors
  • Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Account Manager)
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
  • Attend client meetings if required
  • Monitor mechanical plant

Hours of Work & Salary

Up to £43,000 per annum
Monday to Friday (40 hour week) – 08:00am to17:00pm
23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Requirements

  • Mechanical qualifications - NVQ or City & Guilds
  • You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
  • Attend client meetings if required
  • High End Residential experience - Highly desirable (Not essential)
  • HIU experience - Highly desirable (Not essential)
