A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established international building services company. My client is looking for a Critical Site Supervisor to be based in a large commercial office building situated a short walk from London Cannon Street.
 
The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and hold a vast amount of previous supervisory experience, The successful candidate will have strong managerial experience and have a strong understanding of High Voltage.

Working with the client on site, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following supervisory tasks.
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities

 
Report directly into the Account Manager
Assist the Account Manager in with the "day to day" running of the contract
Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts
Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Account Manager
Arrange specialist sub-contractors
Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Account Manager)
Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
Attend client meetings if required
Manage Engineering Team
 
Hours of Work & Salary
 
Up to £55,000 per annum
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
08:00am to 17:00pm
22 Days Holiday
 
Requirements
 
Electrically qualified
HV Qualified
C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 - Essential
C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Experience of service delivery in high profile office
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
Attend client meetings if required
Offer technical support to the Contract Manager, client and on-site maintenance team
