Having previously worked for a global recruitment company in London specialising in FM and Construction, Toby joined the CBW team in 2020 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Working within our permanent engineering team covering all "Blue collar / hands on" roles across London and the South East. Toby's positive, infectious personality and work ethic makes him a great member of the team and is the reason why he is so highly thought of by both his candidates and clients.
