Dan has over 12 years commercial building maintenance and trades recruitment experience working for a market leading international construction recruiter. During this time, Dan started as a trainee recruitment consultant before winning "Best Newcomer" in 2011 and going on to build a strong career, culminating in several promotions, running a large team as a Divisional manager of an award winning London FM Division, where he won "Sales Manager of the Year". Dan needed a new challenge in his career and felt he was able to offer a more tailor-made/personal approach to candidates and clients that he couldn't deliver whilst working for a large international recruitment corporation. He wanted to provide a better, more flexible customer service experience and decided to start CBW Staffing Solutions alongside Tom Cheek and Dean White.
