Dean brings over 20 years of recruitment experience, specialising in Facilities Maintenance and Trades & Labour. Prior to co-founding CBW Staffing Solutions, he served as an Associate Director at a global recruitment company, leading a large Facilities Management and Public Sector team based in London.

Over the course of his career, Dean has built deep expertise across both white and blue-collar recruitment — working on behalf of, and alongside, many of the leading FM service providers, client-direct organisations, and the UK's largest construction and property companies. While running a highly successful Facilities & Maintenance / Public Sector business, he collected a string of accolades along the way, including the Chairman's Special Achievement Award, Business of the Year, and Business Manager of the Year.

Looking for a new challenge — and a chance to deliver recruitment on his own terms — Dean partnered with Tom Cheek and Dan Barber to create CBW Staffing Solutions. The directors shared a clear vision: to build a brand that breaks the mould of the rigid, inflexible agencies too often seen in the market, and instead offers clients and candidates a genuinely consultative, relationship-led partnership.

Today, Dean leads white-collar recruitment and senior appointments on a national basis, drawing on his extensive network and deep sector knowledge to match high-calibre professionals with the organisations they're best suited to.
