George brings over 11 years of experience in Facilities Management recruitment to CBW Staffing Solutions. Having started out on the operational side with MITIE TFM, he moved into recruitment in 2015, joining a global recruitment company in London where he specialised in FM.

Working alongside the FM freelance team, George began his agency career as an FM Client & Temp Co-ordinator. His hard work, outgoing personality and strong client relationships soon earned him a move into sales — a transition he made seamlessly, quickly establishing himself as the number one FM freelance billing consultant across London and the South East.

George joined the CBW team in 2022 as a Principal Consultant, bringing with him a wealth of experience, a deep industry network, and a real feel for what engineers and clients actually need. He now leads recruitment for all commercial building services on a temporary basis, with a particular focus on blue-collar appointments such as Maintenance Engineers.
