Every good recruitment team needs an office dog. Here's Louis:

No CBW team page would be complete without Louis — our resident Dachshund, office mascot, and unofficial Chief Morale Officer.

What Louis lacks in leg length he more than makes up for in personality. Brave beyond his size, endlessly curious, and with the selective hearing of any self-respecting sausage dog, he brings all the classic Dachshund traits to the office: big character, bigger opinions, and a talent for stealing hearts (and the occasional sandwich). Whether he's patrolling the office for dropped biscuits, curling up under someone's desk mid-call, or supervising the team with a raised eyebrow from his bed, Louis is woven into the fabric of daily life at CBW.

He may not be closing deals or vetting candidates, but his contribution is measurable — lower stress, more laughter, and a reminder that the best workplaces are the ones people (and dogs) actually enjoy coming to. Clients visiting the Dartford office will usually be greeted by Louis first.
