Olivia brings over 12 years of experience across the recruitment and construction sectors to CBW Staffing Solutions. She began her career as a Branch Secretary for a global recruitment company in London, quickly progressing to FM Client & Temp Co-ordinator — a role that saw her heavily involved in client and candidate interaction, credit control, and debt recovery.
Her bubbly personality, customer service skills and consistently strong client feedback led to her stepping up as a Recruitment Consultant within the Facilities & Maintenance team, where she placed temporary blue-collar maintenance operatives with many of the leading FM service providers, SMEs and property management companies across the UK.
Olivia joined the CBW team in 2020 as Executive Assistant & Credit Control Manager, and has since become a cornerstone of the back-office function. She is the go-to point of contact for any invoice, administration or purchase order queries, and her combination of sector knowledge and warm, personable approach makes working with her effortless for clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
