Tom began his career in recruitment 12 years ago specialising within the FM and trades markets. Throughout his career, Tom has always over-achieved, earning several promotions and accolades along the way such as “Trades consultant of the year.” Tom has had exposure to both permanent and freelance recruitment building strong lasting relationships with many companies throughout the UK. After a long and successful career working for one of the largest recruitment agencies in the world, Tom decided to partner with his colleagues Dean White and Dan Barber in creating CBW Staffing Solutions. The Director's vision was to build a brand that breaks the mold of the rigid, inflexible agencies we see today.
