Tom began his recruitment career over 15 years ago, specialising within the Facilities Management and trades markets from the outset. Consistently an over-achiever, he earned a string of promotions and accolades along the way — including "Trades Consultant of the Year" — and built a strong track record across both permanent and freelance recruitment, forging lasting relationships with companies the length and breadth of the UK.

After a long and successful career with one of the largest recruitment agencies in the world, Tom chose to partner with his colleagues Dean White and Dan Barber to create CBW Staffing Solutions. The directors shared a clear vision: to build a brand that breaks the mould of the rigid, inflexible agencies too often seen today, and instead offers clients and candidates a genuinely tailored, consultative partnership.

Today, Tom leads recruitment for all commercial building services roles on a temporary basis, with a particular focus on blue-collar appointments such as Maintenance Engineers.
