Amy has made an excellent start at CBW Staffing Solutions since joining the business in September 2025. In a short space of time she has already demonstrated a real knack for identifying the right candidates, and has backed it up with an impressive run of placements — quickly establishing herself as a valued member of the Northern team.
Based out of our Northern office, Amy works closely with Aaron Rutter across the region. Before joining CBW, she built over 5 years of experience in recruitment, sales and customer service — a well-rounded foundation that shows up in the quality of her candidate conversations, the relationships she builds, and the speed at which she converts opportunities into hires.
Amy supports recruitment for all commercial building services roles on both a permanent and temporary basis, covering white and blue-collar appointments across Facilities Management and Maintenance Engineering. Her combination of sharp candidate instincts, strong work ethic and personable approach is already making a meaningful contribution to CBW's growth in the North.
