Cammie has quickly become one of the most important cogs in CBW's temporary recruitment engine. Having joined the business in January 2024, she has recently been promoted to Senior Resourcer in recognition of her work ethic, attention to detail, and the vital role she plays in keeping the temp desk running at pace.
Day-to-day, Cammie is the link between CBW's consultants and the candidates they place — thoroughly briefing and vetting every engineer before they go out to site, making sure the right people are matched to the right jobs, and supporting the wider temp team in filling live vacancies quickly and accurately. It's a role that demands organisation, judgement and constant communication, and Cammie delivers on all three.
Before joining CBW, Cammie built around two years of sales experience — with the last 18 months in recruitment at a company covering Building Services, Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction and Technology. That foundation, combined with her time at CBW, has given her a strong understanding of the commercial building services market. She now resources and recruits for all temporary and temp-to-perm roles, with a particular focus on blue-collar appointments such as Maintenance Engineers.
