CBW Staffing Solutions has opened a new branch in Reading, giving clients and candidates across Reading and the South West a dedicated local team for facilities management and building services recruitment.

The Reading branch is led by Cat Ford, who joins CBW as Senior Business Manager.

A local team for Reading and the South West

The new branch extends CBW’s coverage along the M4 corridor and into the South West, a region with a large and growing estate of commercial, public sector and residential buildings to maintain.

From Reading, the team will cover:

Permanent recruitment, from maintenance engineers and supervisors through to senior FM leadership

Temporary and contract engineers for planned and reactive maintenance

Static and mobile engineering roles across the region

Technical services and FM management appointments

Reading joins CBW’s teams in London, Dartford, Manchester, Edinburgh and Newcastle. It is the second new branch CBW has opened this autumn, following Manchester earlier in October.

Meet Cat Ford

Cat joins CBW as Senior Business Manager and will lead the Reading branch. She will work with clients on engineering, technical and management appointments, and with engineers across the region looking for their next move.

For clients, that means a named contact who knows the South West market. For engineers, it means a recruiter who knows the local sites, the local employers and what the roles really involve.
