Charlie brings over 3 years of experience in recruitment and resourcing to CBW Staffing Solutions — though his career path to get here is anything but conventional. Before joining the CBW sales team, Charlie was a professional footballer, playing as a Goalkeeper, and the discipline, resilience and team mentality that come with professional sport translate directly into the way he approaches recruitment today.
Charlie joined CBW in July 2023 as a Candidate Manager, based out of our Dartford head office, and has since built a strong reputation across the desk — combining a natural, down-to-earth personality with the work ethic and composure under pressure you'd expect from someone who's spent years between the sticks at the professional level.
Today, Charlie recruits for all commercial building services roles on a permanent basis, with a particular focus on blue-collar appointments such as Maintenance Engineers.
