Hannah brings over 3 years of recruitment experience to CBW Staffing Solutions, and is our dedicated Resourcer for the Scotland market — based out of our Edinburgh office and focused exclusively on delivering for clients and candidates north of the border.
Having joined CBW in May 2023, Hannah has quickly established herself as a key member of the Northern business. Her day-to-day role sees her partnering closely with Louise McLaren to identify, engage and vet high-quality talent across Facilities Management (both Hard and Soft Services), Engineering and Construction — supporting both temporary and permanent vacancies right across Scotland.
With a strong customer service foundation, genuine local knowledge and a relationship-first approach, Hannah is often the first point of contact for engineers exploring a move, and plays a critical role in keeping CBW's Scottish pipeline deep, well-briefed and ready to mobilise.
