Ralph is the newest — and shortest-tenured — member of the CBW family. An Olde English Bulldogge puppy, he joins the team alongside Louis to keep morale high, biscuit consumption purposeful, and meeting rooms appropriately disrupted.

What Ralph lacks in experience he more than makes up for in enthusiasm. Equal parts muscle, wrinkles and over-sized paws he hasn't quite grown into yet, he brings all the classic Bulldogge traits to the office: a big heart, a bigger stretch first thing in the morning, and the confident swagger of a dog who's already convinced he runs the place. He's currently in deep training under Louis's supervision — though it's not always clear who's mentoring whom.

You'll find Ralph patrolling the office for stray crumbs, charging at his own reflection, falling asleep mid-zoomies, and reminding everyone that the best workplaces have room for a bit of mess and a lot of personality. Like Louis, his contribution is measurable in the smiles around the office, and he's already a firm favourite with visitors to the Dartford office.
