Tom brings 10 years of Facilities Management and Property Services recruitment experience to CBW Staffing Solutions, covering the North West. He started out as a resourcer in 2015 and worked his way up through consultant, team leader and business manager roles at two of the UK's best-known construction and engineering recruitment businesses — building a strong track record on both temporary and permanent desks, and long-standing relationships with FM service providers, main contractors and client-direct organisations right across the region.

Tom joins CBW as Senior Business Manager to head up our new Manchester office, covering the North West and recruiting at all levels — from Maintenance Engineers, Mobile Technicians and Commercial Gas Engineers through to Contract Managers, Account Directors and senior estates leadership — on temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent terms.

His appointment marks the next step in CBW's growth beyond London, Dartford and Scotland, and gives clients in the North West a specialist team on their doorstep rather than at the end of a phone line 200 miles away.
