CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering multiple sites. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical and AC Education / Commercial building maintenance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Air conditioning and Mechanical maintenance duties
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Extensive building services knowledge
Hours of Work & rates
- up to £30p/h
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
- Temporary ongoing role
- Immediate start
- Covering Multiple sites around London Bridge, Waterloo and Embankment
Requirements
- AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
- F-Gas qualification (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintence
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
