Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a growing team based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in servicing and maintaining commercial and residential air conditioning systems. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, maintaining high standards of work across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning systems including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems.

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting system faults and providing effective solutions.

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a scheduled basis.

  • Responding to emergency breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Completing all necessary documentation and service reports accurately.

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards while working on client premises.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an air conditioning service engineer (minimum 3 years preferred).

  • F-Gas certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent) – Essential.

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent) – Preferred.

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

  • Valid UK driving licence – Essential.

  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
