Cleaning Team Leader - FM Service Provider - Didcot - Up to £29,000 per annum
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to work for an established Facilities company on a unique site based in Didcot. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within Facilities Management and can start immediately.
Hours of work / Details :
- Monday to Thursday - 07:45am to 17:00pm / Friday - 07:45am to 12:15pm
- Immediate start
- Permanent position
- Driving licence required
Responsibilities:
- Notice and report any H&S issues that may arise within the estate
- Complete monthly audit inspections with the client
- To undertake weekly cleaning and safety inspections
- Ensure that the team understand and work to task schedules
- React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame
- Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of cleaning
- Ensuring the team are following the H&S regulations
- Support the delivery of training to the soft services team
- Assist the Cleaning & Services Managers in delivering a fully compliant operation
- With the Cleaning Manager, conduct performance reviews and appraisals
- Dealing with stock management
- Ensure weekly documents are completed on site in line with policy including: planning rotas, schedule planning and task sheets
Requirements:
- Previous experience of leadership operations in an environment
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and application of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH
- Assessments, hygiene standards and health and safety management
- Good command of English language, both written and oral
