CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of all Hard FM services across a prestigious commercial estate in Central London. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in Hard FM, commercial building maintenance, and contract management.

Monday to Friday - 08:00am – 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
- Leading the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services across a multi-building commercial estate
- Managing and developing a team of up to 10 engineers and supervisors
- Ensuring all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Monitoring and managing contract KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance targets are consistently achieved
- Taking full responsibility for Health, Safety, Environmental, and Compliance standards across the estate
- Coordinating maintenance activities, shutdowns, lifecycle works, and minor projects
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and key stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and quality procedures
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes
- Conducting appraisals, managing attendance, and handling disciplinary matters where required
- Managing permit-to-work systems and ensuring safe systems of work are adhered to
- Producing contract reports and attending regular client review meetings
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and contract value
- Providing technical support and guidance to the engineering team
- Engineering qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical disciplines (City & Guilds, HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing Hard FM services within commercial buildings, estates, or large-scale facilities
- Demonstrable experience leading engineering teams within a maintenance environment
- Strong technical knowledge of building services, statutory compliance, and Health & Safety legislation
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong organisational, leadership, and people management capabilities
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and contract profitability
