CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings in Victoria, with all sites just 2 minutes from the station — perfect for a stress-free commute!

💼 In return, my client is offering: ✔ A basic salary of up to £50,000
✔ Monday - Friday shifts:
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🔑 Key Duties & Responsibilities: ✅ Lighting (small installations, fault-finding, lamping, etc.)
✅ Emergency lighting tests
✅ Control panels & ballast changes
✅ BMS system monitoring (hot & cold)
✅ All aspects of M&E / fabric maintenance
✅ Maintain and update logbooks
✅ Plumbing – unblocking toilets, basic tasks
✅ Pumps, motors, water flushing/temp checks
✅ Boosted water pumps, fire damper maintenance
✅ Attending client meetings
✅ General PPMs and reactive works
✅ Control of sub-contractors, permit to work system

⚡ Requirements: 🔹 Electrically qualified – Level 3
🔹 City & Guilds 18th Edition
🔹 JobLogic experience desirable
🔹 Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
🔹 Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
🔹 Multi-skilled and client-facing with good communication skills
