About the Role:
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a University in East London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Commercial maintenance within a team of 8 people.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance or commercial settings. - Diagnose and repair faults on production equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Emergency light testing
- Dealing with Sub-contractors

- Making sure your workspace is clean and tidy
- Following the university rules and regulations
- Dealing with permit to works
- Maintaining site logs
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of electrical equipment
