An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in High Wycombe.
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a commercial site in High Wycombe, working within a team of 5 engineers.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance, working as part of a maintenance team across the site.
Hours of Work
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 25 Days Holiday
- No Call Out
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Emergency lighting tests and fire alarm checks
- Fault finding on electrical systems
- Working on control panels
- Changing ballasts and light fittings
- Monitoring BMS systems (hot & cold)
- Maintain and update logbooks
- Basic support with HVAC systems where required
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3 minimum)
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
