Exciting opportunity to join an established building services provider based at a law firm site near Cannon Street, London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work within a tenants' side environment, supporting the on-site maintenance team.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3) with a strong background in facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building services. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the site.

Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 am – 19:00 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Electrical maintenance, including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, and control panels
- Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
- Monitor and operate BMS systems (hot & cold checks)
- Maintain and update site logbooks and compliance records
- Carry out basic plumbing works, including unblocking toilets
- Monitor and maintain pumps and motors
- Ensure all work is completed in a professional and timely manner
- Support the wider maintenance team when required
Package:
- Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Requirements:
- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (essential)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
