Exciting opportunity to join a client-direct organisation based at a vibrant commercial campus in South Kensington. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a highly professional on-site maintenance team, working within a modern, state-of-the-art environment.
The successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working as part of the on-site team, you will be responsible for delivering electrical, mechanical, and general building services maintenance across the campus.

Hours of Work:
- Day Shift Pattern: 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off
- 07:00 am – 19:00 pm (Weekdays)
- 08:00 am – 16:00 pm (Weekends)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Electrical maintenance, including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, and power distribution
- Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
- Maintain and service AHUs and FCUs (filter changes and cleaning)
- Carry out water temperature checks (no chemical dosing)
- Monitor BMS systems and report any irregularities
- Maintain accurate logbooks and compliance records
- Coordinate and supervise specialist subcontractors
- Attend client meetings when required
- Ensure all work is completed professionally and within required timeframes
- Support the wider maintenance team across all building services
Package:
- Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum

Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline (essential)
- 18th Edition (required if electrically qualified)
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with strong fault-finding ability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
