CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Junior Electrical Shift Engineer to be based in London Bridge, to be based in a highly corporate environment. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance working within a shift team of 4 engineers.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of work
- 4 on, 4 off
- 7am - 7pm - Days
- 7pm - 7am - Nights
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Up to £48,000
- Further training
- Company pension
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
- 18th Edition (Desirable)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
