Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based within a high-profile trophy commercial building in the heart of the City of London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on this prestigious static site, carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all building services systems.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance, ideally with an electrical bias. This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected FM provider offering plenty of overtime, further training, and excellent long-term career progression.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, depending on experience.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
- No Call Out
- Plenty of Overtime Available
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems
- Lighting installations, fault-finding, lamp changes, and ballast replacements
- Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain control panels
- Monitor the BMS system, including heating and cooling
- Maintain and update site logbooks
- Minor plumbing works, including unblocking toilets
- General maintenance of pumps and motors
- Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
