CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established FM service provider working on a static commercial contract in Kingston.
You’ll be part of a professional engineering team responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of a commercial building, carrying out electrical maintenance alongside a range of general building services.

THE ROLE
- Monday – Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00
- Static commercial site
- Up to £45,000
- PPM & reactive maintenance
- Electrical and general building services maintenance
- Client-facing role
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
- Electrical fault-finding, lighting, power distribution and control panels
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- BMS monitoring and plant checks
- Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and associated plant
- Minor plumbing and general fabric maintenance
- Complete maintenance records and compliance documentation
- Diagnose and resolve faults across building services
- Escort and supervise specialist contractors
- Maintain excellent health & safety standards
- Liaise professionally with the client and site management
- Up to £45,000 per annum

- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 Electrical or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Commercial building maintenance experience
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- Good understanding of mechanical and general building services
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
