CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static role based in Salford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in electrical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to £37,500, overtime, further training and opportunities for further career progression.

- Monday to Friday – Rotating shift pattern - 7am - 3pm then following week 10am - 6pm
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Monitor and maintain electrical plant and equipment
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Lighting – changing lamps, ballasts and fittings
- Emergency lighting testing and repairs
- Small power and socket repairs
- Basic BMS monitoring
- Carry out electrical checks and inspections
- General building fabric duties
- Escort specialist subcontractors
- Assist with other general building maintenance duties as required
- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or above (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
