CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an FM service provider at a commercial building in Aldgate East, London.
This is a static, one man position supported by a Supervisor and Manager, so the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of building services experience and be comfortable working on their own initiative.
In return, the company is offering a £48,000 salary, a £3,000 LVAP payment on successful completion and progression into senior and lead engineering roles.

- Call out 1 in 8
- Planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E systems
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repairs
- Minor installations
- Responding to building services issues on site
- Working to health and safety procedures, including LOTO and PTW
- £48,000 per annum
- £3,000 LVAP payment on successful completion
- Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
- Call out 1 in 8, with a £100 standby allowance and a minimum of 4 hours per call
- Overtime available

- Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
- Understanding of AHUs, HVAC and plumbing
- Strong electrical fault-finding ability
- Good understanding of health and safety systems, including LOTO and PTW
- Self-motivated and reliable, with good communication skills
