CBW is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading facilities management provider on a static site in Ayrshire. In this role, you will lead the on-site engineering team and manage subcontractors to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all electrical and building services, including LV distribution, HVAC, fabric, and grounds maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the site engineering team, ensuring all work meets contractual KPIs and adheres to SHEQ standards.
- Oversee statutory compliance, work quality, and documentation for both in-house delivery and subcontracted services.
- Review PPM documentation and ensure corrective actions are raised, tracked, and completed.
- Manage operational work orders, including clinical access, temporary repairs, variations, and damage reports.
- Support staff development and maintain workforce compliance with the Training Matrix.
- Work alongside the TSM on asset management, ensuring accurate CAFM data, lifecycle planning, and documentation control.
- Build strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS representatives and Project Co.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota and provide cover during staff absence.
- Undertake planned and reactive electrical maintenance, installations, and system improvements as required.
- Proven supervisory experience within Hard FM services.
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship (SVQ/NVQ Level 3).
- 18th Edition qualifications.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation (SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
- Must be able to obtain a PVG Disclosure Scotland certificate due to contract requirements.
- Salary up to £44,000
