Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM property company based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer, either electrical or mechanical to be based at a large commercial building in Peckham, South East London.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified plumber, electrical or mechanical engineer with a proven track record in commercial or property building maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site, working within an established on-site maintenance team.

Package & Hours of Work
- £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (40-hour week)
- Overtime available

- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water flushing / temp checks logs
- Boosted water pumps
- Fire damper maintenance
- Attending Client meeting
- General PPMs
- Control of sub-contractors
- Permit to work system
- Maintaining Site logbooks
Requirements
- Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
- City & Guilds - 18th Edition
- Job logic experience (Preferred)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
