Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Victoria, London – up to £48,000 per annum
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with either electrical or mechanical bias to be based on a commercial building in Victoria, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across the site as part of a 3 man working team. Working in a Large complex building working alongside a working supervisor, an electrical engineer and yourself. My client is looking for someone who is willing to step in as a lead when the supervisor is on annual lead and is willing to progress into a supervisor later in their career
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water flushing / temp checks logs
- Boosted water pumps
- Fire damper maintenance
- Attending Client meeting
- General PPMs
- Control of sub-contractors
- Permit to work system
- Maintaining Site logbooks
Requirements
- Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
- City & Guilds - 18th Edition
- Job logic experience (Preferred)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
