An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider, overseeing electrical maintenance operations across a large, high-end residential development in South Kensington.
As Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a small on-site team of two engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards expected within a luxury residential environment. This is a hands-on supervisory role, split 50/50 between management and on-the-tools duties, making it ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in site operations and delivering an exceptional level of service to residents.
Hours of Work
- 08:00am – 17:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- Carrying out daily checks, as well as planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Acting as first response to electrical and system faults across the building
- Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical systems, and general LV infrastructure
- Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating issues where required
- Coordinating with mobile support teams and specialist contractors
- Maintaining accurate system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring timely close-out of work orders
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalent)
- Strong LV experience
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
- Proactive, with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Confident working with modern building systems and automation
- Professional and calm when dealing with residents and clients
- Flexible and willing to support in emergency situations when required
