CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical biased Technical Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management organisation.
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of FM maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring a strong maintenance background alongside the ability to manage engineers, subcontractors and client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of M&E/Fabric Engineers across the contract
- Plan, allocate and monitor planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and minor installation works where required
- Ensure all electrical works are completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and client procedures
- Monitor engineers' performance, quality of work and productivity
- Coordinate subcontractors and specialist contractors
- Ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales
- Review completed works and ensure maintenance records and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained
- Support the Contract Manager with technical issues, reporting and operational requirements
- Participate in an on-call rota where required
Requirements
- Qualified Electrician with a recognised Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Previous experience in an Supervisor/Team Leader/Senior Electrical Engineer position
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and fault finding
- Experience supervising engineers and/or subcontractors
- Full UK driving licence if the role involves travel between sites
