We’re looking for a Junior Building Maintenance Engineer
to join our team. You’ll be working alongside experienced engineers and getting the support you need to grow in your new career.

- Supporting the team with repairs and scheduled maintenance and reactive works
- Learning on the job and developing your technical skills
- Making sure work is done safely and to a good standard
- Any qualifications in electrics, plumbing or building services (e.g. NVQ, 18th Edition)
- Someone with an engineering or technical background from the military (Army, Navy, RAF)
- You don’t need building maintenance experience – just a good work ethic, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using tools and working in a hands-on environment
- Friendly, reliable, and a good team player
- A driving licence would be useful, depending on the location
