Role Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Extra Works Supervisor
to join the team at a high-profile commercial building in Tottenham Court Road, London. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of additional works, ensuring compliance, safety, and client satisfaction across a range of small projects.
This is a fast-paced, site-based role that requires strong communication, commercial awareness, and effective coordination of sub-contractors and resources.
Package
- Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

- Plan, schedule and deliver extra works projects in a live commercial environment
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations, CDM requirements, and QHSE procedures
- Prepare quotes, build work packages, and manage budgets effectively
- Coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers to deliver works on time and to standard
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report regularly to the Extra Works Manager
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure customer sign-off is obtained
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships
- Ensure all works are completed within contractual, financial, and operational requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong commercial understanding and financial awareness
- Confident in contractor management and site coordination
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments
- Solid knowledge of health & safety legislation and CDM regulations
- Experience delivering extra works in a live commercial setting
- CDM awareness
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Preferred
- IOSH (Managing Safely or equivalent) - Preferred
