Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider located in Reading. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to work in a nursing home. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a healthcare environment . Working within an on-site team, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
Hours of work/Salary
- £21 p/h
- 2 days per week ( flexible )
- 8am - 4pm (30 min lunch) 37 hr week
- Starting ASAP
- Minimum 2 months work,
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Painting & Decorating
- Changing locks
- Basic Plumbing duties
- Basic Electrical duties
- Bulb changes
- General Building maintenance
Requirement
- Enhanced DBS Clearance is required
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- UK Drivers license ( will be required to travel to each location )
- Health & Safety experience
- Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
