My client are seeking a Facilities & Compliance Coordinator to join a high-end residential development located in Vauxhall, This is an important position where you will work as part of the onsite M&E Team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a wide understanding of Health and Safety, Compliance and CAFM Systems and be able to grow and develop the already existing on Site Team to ensure a 5 Star Customer Service at all times
You will have excellent organisational Skills and be extremely competent on Excel and be able to collate data and present it on excel for review.
About the Role This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will support the day-to-day facilities and compliance operations across a premium residential estate. You will play a key role in ensuring health & safety standards are met, systems are maintained, and residents receive an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage health & safety platforms such as Dwellant, Riskproof, and HOTSOS
- Track and report on compliance actions, ensuring timely resolution
- Support facilities management with administrative tasks, reporting, and system updates
- Maintain accurate records in line with Regulation 38 and fire safety requirements
- Assist with Building Safety Act 2022 compliance and documentation (“golden thread” information)
- Coordinate defect management processes and liaise with contractors and site teams
- Produce reports, analyse data, and track ongoing projects across the development
- Support contractor monitoring, performance tracking, and documentation updates
- Assist with audits, including SFG20 compliance
- Deliver a high standard of resident engagement and customer service
- Experience in facilities coordination, property operations, or compliance support (residential or mixed-use preferred)
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (essential)
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with residents, contractors, and stakeholders
