You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and fault-finding on fire and security systems across a portfolio of commercial office buildings. - Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
- Diagnosing faults and completing necessary remedial works.
- Working on systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control and CCTV.
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant industry standards and health and safety requirements.
- Completing service reports, maintenance records and compliance documentation.
- Building positive relationships with clients and site teams across commercial office buildings.
- Previous experience as a Fire & Security Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm and electronic security systems.
- Experience working within commercial buildings or an FM environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A professional approach with good customer service and communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualifications and manufacturer training would be advantageous.
