Exciting opportunity to work for a well-established, family-run FM service provider operating across Central London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a portfolio of approximately 30 commercial buildings across Zones 1 & 2.
This is a foot mobile role, requiring travel between multiple sites, carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance with a strong emphasis on electrical systems. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, installation, and testing & inspection.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday
08:00 am – 17:00 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm maintenance
- Complete electrical remedial works
- Carry out small electrical installations
- Maintain and service AHUs and FCUs (filter changes and cleaning)
- Monitor BMS systems (hot & cold checks)
- Ensure all logbooks and compliance records are kept up to date
- Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors
- Assist other engineers across the portfolio
- Provide technical support when required
- Predominantly electrical work with minimal plumbing and fabric duties
Package:
- Salary: Up to £47,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:
- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3
- 17th or 18th Edition
- JIB Gold Card
- 2391 Test & Inspection (desirable)
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Strong understanding of building services
- Multi-skilled with good communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable working in a foot mobile role across multiple sites
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
