About the Role:
Our client, a reputable company based in Kemsing, is seeking an experienced HR Manager
to lead and develop their HR function. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for a proactive professional with a strong HR background, capable of managing all aspects of human resources and supporting the business in achieving its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR function, providing strategic and operational support across the business.
- Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with employment law.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems.
- Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Produce HR reports and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional, ideally within a medium to large-sized organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with HR systems and reporting.
